Individual projects include smaller or more personal projects that Goodwin was involved. These include his work on the Board of Trustees for The Mountain School, a boarding school in Vermont, and smaller campaigns to conserve land. Significant topics include Goodwin's work to prevent dredging and filling of coastlines, the use of pesticides and herbicides in Conecticut, and raising concerns regarding nuclear power.
